Enabling MISC custom field plugin crashes all custom fields.

When I enable this plugin, custom field created is not working properly. Also I'm not able to uninstall this plugin. Only one option is available either enable or disable.

When I disable, everything works fine. Why ?

How did you install the plugin, and which version? If you installed it via the Install add-in page, you should be able to uninstall it. Also, what kind of error are you getting? Did you check your log file (atlassian-jira.log)?
