EazyBI - Issue Duration Deduplication Edited

I am using the following calculation to find my Issue "Incident Duration":

datediffminutes
([Measures].[Issue Incident Start Time],[Measures].[Issue Incident End Time])

When I put "Issue" as my row and "Time" as my Column by quarter for 2017, however, the same "Incident Duration" will show up in each quarter.

I would like it to only report the Incident Duration during the quarter the "Issue Incident Start Time" occurred. So if the "Issue Incident Start Time" was January 20th it would report the 170 minutes in Q1 and then be blank or show 0 for Q2, Q3 and Q4.

Hi, does anyone have a possible solution for this?

I just struggled with this for the last day and a half.... I am using power BI, and it consists of a "Data load" and "Data model", and date/time columns must have the same Data Type and format for the relation with time to properly work.

Changed data type in the model and load to "date" with format "MM/dd/yyyy". For some reason using "date/time" with format "MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss" would not work for me. Had to move on so leaving this for another time.
