E-mails for assignee fail

I have set up one automation rule for assigning tasks after which the assignee should receive an e-mail. For some reason, this doesn't work as I'm receiving "Unexpected error executing rule: 'To' is a required field" error message although the 'To' field does have value "Assignee" defined. What might be causing the error?

Hey there Kristiina,

That should definitely be working...

I assume that the issue has an assignee. Is this being run as part of an edit when the issue is being assigned? Does the assigned user have a valid email?

Here is the complete set-up (there is an assignee and the e-mails are set for these users): Screen Shot 2017-12-05 at 10.39.47.png

Hopefully there is a solution for this!

Thanks for the prompt reply!

The user e-mails are all set so this can't be the problem. The assignee for the issue was defined within the same rule and when I now moved this outside of this to be a separate rule, it works as it's supposed to. Do I really need to have these as separate rules?
