Dropdown field bi-directional sync accross Zendesk and JIRA

Hi Atlassian,

I have been testing around to get custom drop down field's value sync across both JIRA and Zendesk, problem encountered where drop down value was not able to sync bi-directional way but only from JIRA -> Zendesk.

Is anyone here having the same issue? or is there any solution to overcome this situation?
I Have been reported/asking question to Zendesk Support, but they couldn't help.
