Does Zen work on the on-demand version of confluence

I'v downloaded the .jar file, and wenr to manage plugins under Confluence, but i do not see where I can upload the plugin

Unfortunately, OnDemand doesn't allow customers to install plugins. Atlassian is working on a new infrastructure that will allow plugins to be redesigned to work within the OnDemand environment, but that is not available yet.

This will require some substantial modifications to Zen, and at this point, we do not have an ETA for Zen in OnDemand.

Is there a similar product for online ?

The only options are the themes installed with Confluence, which you can see in the site and space admin Themes panel.
