Documentation for Form Mail 2.0.6

Stacy Gorman September 2, 2015

We are in the process of upgrading Confluence, but are still using 4.7 and are using Form Mail 2.0.6. When I click-on documentation, it's taking me to the latest documentation and not the one for the version of Form Mail we are using.

I'm trying to do a few things like create a subject line for the mail.

Thanks for the help.

Hi @Stacy Gorman,

You can visit our Adaptavist website to see the documentation for the older versions of Form Mail NG plugin - http://www.adaptavist.com/doco/display/FMCP/Form+Mail+for+Confluence+Plugin

When clicked on documentation, you can see two links -

  • The Form Mail for Confluence Documentation

  • The Form Mail NG Documentation -Confluence v.5.3 and below

Please click on "The Form Mail NG Documentation - Confluence v.5.3 and below" and you will be navigated to the older version of Form Mail NG plugin. Please see below link :

Hi Stacy,

Please can you send us your storage format where the error occurs with the plugin. Storage format can be found at the top right hand side of the page.

Tools > Storage format.

Please send us the information you find there as this will help us with our investigation.

Also, you could visit our website and log your enquiry via the Contact us Form (http://www.adaptavist.com/w/about/contact-us/), so that we can handle this enquiry through our formal process and ensure we can address this matter correctly

Kind Regards

Thank you for the link for the documentation. I'm still having problems with Form Mail NG. When I try and create a test example in my personal space, I'm getting an error. formmail-ng.jpg
