i'm trying the plugin as it seems useful for my aims.
What i can't understand is if it's possible to disable notification to customer.
i want all the comunications to be managed by support, not anything sent automatically, including the mail sent when a issue is open. I saw there is a panel where i can manage the contents of the mail, but i don't want the mail at all.
is this possible?

With the current version of the plugin this is not possible to achieve, however I think that this is an easy feature to implement so we will include it on our roadmap. Hopefully it will be available soon. I will update this answer when it's released.
