Disable cloning of a task for a role?

Hello,

can you please tell me, if it's possible to prevent the cloning of a JIRA issue if a user is in a specified role or prevent cloning at all with Script Runner (incl. Behaviours)?

If Script Runner including Behaviours can not prevent cloning, do you know of any other solution which can?

Yes, it is possible to do this by JIRA clone plus plugin.
