Disable 'Undo Transition' option for a non-project member

Hi,

Can you help me to disable a non-project member from performing "Undo Transition" action for issues?

In our project, browse project permission is given to all users, but I do not want any non-IT user to do transitions of the issue statuses. I have set "Transition Issue" option only to specific group of IT users. But a non-IT person was able to revert the status to previous state by doing "Undo Transition" option. Is there any way to disable this?

A faster reply is much appreciated.

Thank you

It looks like you are using an add-on to provide that option, as undo transition is not a Jira function.  You'll need to ask the vendor of the add-on how they handle permissions there.  Looks like they have not really bothered, as I would expect it to be controlled by the "can transition" permission as well.

Nic,

Yes, right. Will check with the add-on vendor then. Thanks for your quick response on this.

Regards!
