the answer of Rodrigo is wrong: Atlassian seems to mix two different vendors, here! If you want to get support concerning my Gantt-Chart for JIRA add-on, you can send me an email at email@example.com. If you need support for the Gantt-Chart Project add-on by the French company Soyatec, you have to contact them as they are another vendor. In the second case, you have mis-labled this question here (addon-de.polscheit.jira.plugins.gantt).
