Days since last comment -Jira Toolkit Plugin Edited


I would like to have a filter which shows the tickets created for last 7 days which are not updated. I am advised to get the Jira Toolkit Plugin and I am trying to use the "Days Since Last Comment" custom filed to have the filter I mentioned. However "Days Since Last Comment" field is not searchable, sortable, cannot create a coloumn in the Kanban boards, cannot see it on the issue navigator, cannot use as a gadget in the dashbaord. 

What am I missing? How am I going to see the results of the "Days Since Last Comment"? The documentation of Jira Toolkit Plugin does not have any details.

Hey there, 

Im only here to say that you can use this workaround with the "updateS" with this JQL in order to find tickets that created the last 7 days and they are not updated 

created >= startOfday(-7) and not updated > startOfday(-7)

Thank you for responding. I tryed the JQL you provided above. It does not work for some reason, no issues can be found.

However this below works it shows the issues updated for last 6 and 7 days. Any idea why?

created >= startOfday(-7) and not updated > startOfday(-6)
