Date format

I have set date/time format like dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm in JIRA. Why Tempo isn't able to follow the settings (actually dd/mmm/yy)

thanks for bringing this to our attention (again). Can I ask you (and all others following this thread) to vote on our existing feature request.

Six years later and still NO SOLUTION.  I included a picture this time so you know exactly what is the problem.  The submit period shows an ISO date which is fine.  But the calendar selection dates can't be configured to either ISO or USA formats.  See below:
