I've created a mail handler and configured for adding comments to the tickets. Since last few days, it seems not working and throwing the exceptions below
ERROR [] ThreadPoolAsyncTaskExecutor::Thread 122 Admin 797x15721886x2 fizo00 114.143.79.66,127.0.0.1 /rest/plugins/1.0/com.myplugin.servicedesk-helper-key Handler 'com.myplugin.servicedeskhelper.emails.messagehandlers.SDCreateOrCommentHandler' cannot be instantiated because there is no corresponding enabled module defining message-handler of such class
ERROR [] ThreadPoolAsyncTaskExecutor::Thread 122 Admin 797x15721886x2 fizo00 114.143.79.66,127.0.0.1 /rest/plugins/1.0/com.myplugin.servicedesk-helper-key null[null]: Cannot instantiate message handler 'com.myplugin.servicedeskhelper.emails.messagehandlers.SDCreateOrCommentHandler. This service will not work until this problem is fixed.
I have no clue why this exception is occurring. I have checked the jira-mail-plugin and tried to disable and enable it as mentioned here, but still no luck.
