CustomWare connector for SF for Jira5.2

I am not happy for Jira-SF connector from CustomWare. We have to periodically reboot to get it working. We recently upgraded to Jira5.2 in hosted Jira service as a prep for OnDemand migration. The problem seems to be acute.

I think you need to

  • Go into more detail about the problems you're having. "It doesn't work" is not really enough to go with it. Why do you have to reboot? Do you actully mean just restart Jira? What does it actually do that makes you think it's not working? (or rather, what does it stop doing). What do the logs say? What do you mean by "acute"?
  • Raise it with the vendor - Customware have been friendly and helpful when I've contacted them in the past.
  • Don't assume people know what SF means. It means "Science Fiction" to me.

Hi, I am from CustomWare.

Have you raised a ticket for this problem? If you haven't you can send an email to If you have please let me know the ticket number and I will get someone onto it as soon as possible.
