Custom notification message

Hi Andy,

How to set up JEMH profile so that a custom message can be sent out to external customers?

For example, instead of generic JIRA message, I would like to put some thing like:

Thank you for contacting us. A case has been created for you. Your case number is 12345.

We will answer your equestion shortly etc.
