Creation of new add-on's version crashes in final step getting "An unexpected error occurred ..."

Martin Langr July 8, 2014

When trying to create new version of our plugin BUDICT (doing everything the same as usual), I'm getting error message:

An unexpected error occurred that prevented us from saving the add-on data. Please try again later.
and I'm unable to finish the upload process.
Thanks for taking a look at this.
Martin
PS: where is the best place to place such an issue? (answers, google groups, or is there any project for the AMKT in jira.atlassian.com???)

Yes - filing issues with https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMKTis the best route to notify the Marketplace team with any issues you encounter.

In this particular case we're still investigating but it is most likely caused by a planned downtime with our billing system, as mentioned yesterday on the Marketplace vendor mailing list. Future updates on this issue will be posted to your AMKT ticket.

Cheers,
Ben
