Creating Script Listener for UserCreated

Hi,

i'm trying to catch event when new user is created via JIRA Service Desk customer portal.

So, for testing purposes, i've configured script listener to send me Email on AutoUserCreatedEvent,UserAuthenticatedEvent,UserCreatedEvent

But nothing happens when i'm signing up in customer portal. Please, help me

Are you sure that email will be send into requared case. Test this first. MAybe you have some trouble with mail. It is better to write to the atlassian-jira.log if you want to test something.

Does it work when you manually create a new user? Also make sure you add a log message as Vasiliy suggested, eg: log.warn ("USER CREATED") and look for that string in the logs.

Vasiliy, thanks, i will try to test it with another event to be sure that emails are sent by listener. Jamie, no, it doesn't work when i'm creating user manually. It's not a custom groovy script, i'm using Email Sending listener, which is bundled with Script Runner.
