Hello,
I am a noob to Jira and am trying to to create a report using a custom field. I created a field labeled "location". When I try to create a report using that field:
1. I do not see the location name
2. I only see the number of tickets based on the location.
I want to be able to pull a report of how many tickets are being generated by location.
Example:
New York - 2
Arizona - 10
Florida - 5
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
