We are trying to add the new addon on confluence which is downloaded from the below site but below is the error shown on confluence. Please advise. Thanks.

The app you downloaded is for Jira, not Confluence.

Confluence does not use workflows the same way Jira does. I did a quick search on the marketplace and found these apps that you may want to checkout:

There are more out there, just go the Atlassian Marketplace and have a look and see if you can find an app that suites your needs.
