Confluence language switch

I am trying to evaluate Confluence in my organization. Unfortunately it seems to be stuck in German with no visible way to switch to english.

The language settings are hide in your profile and the default setting is you browser language. You can switch between all installed language packs.

Click your profile picture and then "Profil". Go to the tab "Einstellungen" and then to "Bearbeiten". Change laguage to english and click "Senden".

I have no administrator level access either. So there will be no plugin changes etc.
