Confluence Talk Plugin Error

I am having a problem with Confluence Talk Plugin. I added a number of Talk bubbles which worked for a bit but now prompt an error message indicating "Warning! An error has occured in Talk Plugin. See log for details". I tried reinstalling the Talk Plugin but this did not help.

How can I fix this issue. Please advise. Thank you.
