Confluence Add-ons cann't use

Blue Zhao August 6, 2013
Dear: I have a problem. I install confluence 5.14 and use SQL Server 2005 SP3. All things is good. But when I click add-ons. It prompt the message:Page Not Found The page you were trying to reach could not be found. This could be because: The page does not exist. The page exists, but you do not have permission to view it. Can you help me resolve this issue. Thanks very much.

Thanks you for your answer.

When I access my confluence site use below url:

<confluenceURL>/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/user-installed#manage

or

<confluenceURL>/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace

I receive the same error:Page Not Found. So can you tell me what can I do fix this issue.

Hi there,

Could you confirm if the same problem occurs when trying to access directly through the URL?

Example:

<confluenceURL>/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/user-installed#manage

or

<confluenceURL>/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace
