Configure issue priority based on email priority?

Can the priority of an issue be set based on the email priority from Outlook?

If the incoming email is set to a high priority, the corresponding issue will be created with a higher priority than the default priority that is set in your JIRA system.

So you should see it working

This is the standard JIRA incoming email handler, not the Email This Issue add-on

There is another functionality that I need JETI for.  I am hoping that it also does this but need to make sure.
