ConfiForms Smart Classifer - Dependent dropdown - Values getting repeated of first field in list

I am using a Smart Classifier field in form1 to connect to form2 and get the values from several fields.

This works in my form and the values display as expected in the dropdowns.

However, I have a Table View of my Smart Classifier field on form1 and it is displaying the contents of the first field and repeating them over the rest of the fields.

The result in my Table View looks like this:

Category1 : Category1 : Category1

When I want it should look like this:

Category1 : ValueX : SubValueY

The Field Definition Macro also does not find my page where form2 is defined. 

After choosing Field Type: Smart Classifier

The next option is: "Page where ConfiForms Form is defined" this dropdown does not find any pages with forms defined on them, it does find a few random pages where there are no forms.

I had to edit the source and put my pageId, formname, fields directly into the source to make the Form work, but now the values are not displaying as they should.

Any advice will be appreciated.

This could happen when Confluence search index is broken or out of sync.

ConfiForms relies on this to lookup the pages.

Try reindexing Confluence https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/content-index-administration-148844.html
