Conditional Fields: Multiple Field Values to hide one target (Forms for Confluence)

TAG CONF February 6, 2019

Here's what we need:

We have one radio button group ("switch") with four options

  • show
  • also show
  • hide
  • also hide

and one input field ("conditional information").

When the user selects "show" or "also show", the input field should be visible, when "hide" or "also hide" are selected it should be hidden.

What we tried (unsuccessfully):

Adding a conditional fields macro and adding two lines.

Doing it like this, "condition information" is only hidden when "hide" is selected, but not when "also hide" is selected. From a little testing, it looks like only the last entry from the conditional fields is taking effect.

Is there a proper way to do this, that we aren't seeing? Thank you all for your help!
