The generated PDF contains no content from the issues so the evaluation licence is not very helpful.

 

please fix that and get me a new evaluation licence.

final version of JIRA 6.4 has been already released.

Can you update your instance to 6.4 and tell us if you still experience the problem?

If so, do you see any error/stacktrace related to the problem in JIRA log file?
