Are you planning to provide a version compatible with 6.2?
When I try v3.0.5 on JIRA 6.2 I'm getting
com.atlassian.cache.CacheException: com.atlassian.util.concurrent.LazyReference$InitializationException: com.atlassian.util.concurrent.LazyReference$InitializationException: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'ru.mail.jira.plugins.up.RoleGroupUserField': Instantiation of bean failed; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Could not instantiate bean class [ru.mail.jira.plugins.up.RoleGroupUserField]: Constructor threw exception; nested exception is java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.atlassian.jira.issue.customfields.converters.UserConverterImpl.<init>(Lcom/atlassian/jira/user/util/UserManager;)V at com.atlassian.cache.memory.DelegatingCache.get(DelegatingCache.java:67) at com.atlassian.jira.issue.managers.DefaultCustomFieldManager.getCustomFieldsFromIds(DefaultCustomFieldManager.java:457) at com.atlassian.jira.issue.managers.DefaultCustomFieldManager.getCustomFieldObjects(DefaultCustomFieldManager.java:445) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:57) <+1> (DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:43) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:606)
As the last update to the add on was done in Dec 2012, I am skeptical of the add on getting updated. The source code is available for you to update it yourself if you wish (https://github.com/AndreyVMarkelov/mailru-jira-plugins-edit-for-groups-fields).
