Hi Jeferson,

There is a feature request that you can find at JRASERVER-1558.  Please vote on the issue to add impact.  This will also provide updates when there is a change to the ticket.

Take a look at the Communities post titled Solved: How to clone issues to a new project? for suggestions of third party add-ons that can help with this including Clone Plus for JIRA and Clone And Move for JIRA
