Comment Moderation Add-ons doesn't work for confluence 4.3.3

I have tried to install the Confluence Comment Moderation plugin, but could not get it to work.
After I have installed properly, I can see the note above the comment functionality: Note: Page Moderation is active. Your comment will need to be approved by a moderator before it appears on the page.
Everything seems to be working fine, but when I add a comment, it is displayed immediately and it does not show up under Tools > Moderate Comments. 

My test environment is confluence 4.3.3 so no need to install active objects to make it work.

Is this issue caused by version incompatibility since the latest support confluence version is version  4.0 - 4.1.10?

I would suspect version incompatibility as well.
