Code2Flow diagrams not showing in Confluence

Hello.

Diagrams are not showing within Confluence pages.

I took a look at our internal server, and diagrams work just fine there.

I checked our settings, and I see a License status: USER_MISMATCH error. I checked our licences via myatlassian, and they show support until June 2016.

Your assistance would be appreciated.
