I use confluence 4.2.6 + code block macro 2.0.16. In edit or preview mode, it's possible to see the code correctly formatted but when i save the code disappear (the title remains).

Hi,
you may want to try to disable all local customization (CSS, custom HTML, custom theme installed) and also possibly try to disable all third party plugins with plugin safe mode to see if any of these cause the issue.
I don't use local customization (CSS, custom HTML, custom theme). If i use the plugin safe mode, the Code macro plugin will be disabled because it's a user installed plugin (not possible to test a disabled plugin...)
