Clone multiple issues based on Custom fields

Hello,

I am trying to clone the issues multiple time which has 5 custom field and clones this issue 5 time with the single custom field.

example :-  

issue 1 having 5 custom fields 

1. single choice :-  Xbox  (Yes /No)

2. Single choice :-  iOS   (Yes/No)

3. Single choice:-  Chrome (Yes/No)

4. Single choice :-  Firefox (Yes/No)

5. Single choice:- STB  (Yes/No)

I want to create 5 issues with same content but map above values at a time like 

1 issue with Xbox :- Yes

2 issue with iOS :- Yes

3 issue with Chrome :- Yes

4 issue with Firefox:- Yes

5 issue with STB:- Yes

I have Jjupin Script plugin but I couldn't find the solution
