Checklist for JIRA by Okapya Software Solutions Inc. showing in customer portal

Hello together,

 

is there are way to make the Jira Checklist plugin shown in the customer portal in a Jira Service Desk.

I use the "Actions for Jira Service Desk" - Plugin for editing the customer request by a participant. I can choose all customfields i created except the checklist.

How can i fix the problem?

Hi,

I suggest that you contact the "Action for JSD" plugin authors. They probably list the different customfield based on their type and they probably didn't include the type Checklist is based on.
