We are currently looking at checklists for Jira, we are looking at using it main in the Service Desk role.
Is there a way that we can choose a checklist from a drop down menu when creating the issue.
Assigning a checklist to an issue type isn't suitable in our case as for each different issue type there would be multiple checklists depending on the product or type of issue reported.
