Is there a way to change the Account Key in Tempo once it has been setup and has time logged against it?
The only way I can think of doing it at the moment is to create a brand new Account, and then Bulk Update all issues logged against the old account. But I have a lot of accounts so this will take a while. Is there a quicker option?
Hi Sam,
it is not possible to edit the Account key after is has been created, even if no time has been logged against it.
If you need to change the key, the way described by you is the only way to do this.
