Canvas for Bitbucket doesn't work

That only displays:
Add-on Canvas for Bitbucket is not responding. Wait or cancel?

Both - give it a couple of minutes and then cancel and try again.

If it continues to fail, raise it with support (I would say start looking at logs, but you're on Cloud so it needs to go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact )

Has anyone filed a report. It's still not responding.

Even if someone else has, you should too.  It may be limited to a number of instances, but if you don't tell Atlassian, they might not know about your case.

I raised it with support.

As they said, the problem was rising last week.
It is due to an Atlassian change of that required an update to the add-on descriptor file.

It has already been fixed.

It works when I re-install the add-on!
