Cant import project checklist error, workarounds?

when importing project im getting the following error:

ERROR almadm 535x35582x1 y3zdq 10.24.65.173 /secure/admin/ProjectImportSelectProject.jspa [c.a.j.imports.project.DefaultProjectImportService] There was an unexpected problem processing the file '/opt/alm/jira/temp/JiraProjectImportEZPAASDOCK1480946140696/CustomFieldValue.xml' when performing a project import.

do you know any possible workarounds. I'm going to try downgrading the version of the add-on.

Have you managed to solve it by downgrading the checklist add-on?

I am experiencing exactly the same issue and have no clue on how to move on from this.
