Cannot get JIRA Issue Macro to work with Confluence 5.1.3

Ahmad Abuzaakouk June 4, 2013

We had to migrate our Confluence server installed 5.1.3. We're loading all our add-ons into our new server but we're not able to enable the JIRA Issue Macro. Please help.

It sounds like JIRA Macros plugin which supply JIRA Issues Macro failed to be enabled from the UPM, possibly due to plugin timeout or corrupted plugin cache. Perhaps to workaround this you can try to clear plugin cache and restart Confluence. If that didn't work, you can check if the plugin got disabled from the db and then manually enable it. You can refer to the workaround #3 from this page.
