We had to migrate our Confluence server installed 5.1.3. We're loading all our add-ons into our new server but we're not able to enable the JIRA Issue Macro. Please help.
It sounds like JIRA Macros plugin which supply JIRA Issues Macro failed to be enabled from the UPM, possibly due to plugin timeout or corrupted plugin cache. Perhaps to workaround this you can try to clear plugin cache and restart Confluence. If that didn't work, you can check if the plugin got disabled from the db and then manually enable it. You can refer to the workaround #3 from this page.
In order to understand what happen in the background, your atlassian-confluence.log is necessary to review. This logs is located in <Conf_HOME_Dir>/logs. Please replicate the issue on your end and see if Confluence write anything regarding the issue on your logs.
