Can we map a custom field to resource rather than users?

Have a scenario that my client wishes to explore solutions for. An export to MS Project would be ideal, but the use-case is mapping utilisation of assets (not people). Would therefore need to be able to map a custom field with the asset listed to MSP resources - is this possible currently?

Richard,

You can map the custom JIRA field to the ResouceNames field in MS Project using the Custom Field Mappings.

If you want to add some transformation logic, you can do so by copying the value from JIRA into an intermediate field, writing a VBA macro that performs the conversion and updates the Assignments or ResourceNames field based on the value from JIRA, and then running the macro using an event in Ceptah Bridge.
