Can we buy monthly subscription of Tempo for our On-Demand JIRA version in India?

We are planning to shift to downloaded version in next 5-6 months, so we don't want to renew our Tempo license for an year. Kindly suggest if we can get the monthly subscription for Tempo.

Also, if we go for 1 year license and in next few months we transfer our on demand JIRA vesion to downloaded version, will my Tempo license credit be transferred to my new Tempo account for downloaded version of JIRA?

I'm not sure how Tempo would handle transferring the credit from an OnDemand license to a Download license, but I know Atlassian doesn't offer a credit so I would recommend checking with Tempo directly on that question: info@tempoplugin.com

Reagrding whether you can purchase from India, I found the following which suggests that you can: http://www.tempoplugin.com/tempo-order-form/

It seems that Tempo are selling licenses directly to customers in regions that cannot pay through the Marketplace, so you can simply order directly through Tempo until we can assist you by purchasing through the Marketplace.
