Can the plugin be enabled/disabled on a per-repository basis?

I have several different repos in my Bitbucket server.  While I want to enforce LF line endings, if I do that unilaterally across all repos in a single instance, it will cause nightmarish support issues for the different project teams.

Is there any way to enable/disable the plugin on a per-repository basis?  This would allow me to migrate the developers to proper line endings one project at a time.

I didn't realize that the plugin was a per-repository hook; I thought it was enabled across the entire server.   I found the answer myself.  Look at the Repository->Settings->Hooks and enable/disable it.
