Can the Issue Merger be used with Atlassian OnDemand?

I'd like to use the Jira issue merger plugin, but am on the OnDemand version. can that be done?

Hello Mike,
Unfortunately 'JIRA Issue Merger' is not on the list of plugins supported by OnDemand.

Thank you for the information on the Plugin. As a follow-up, is there a way to merge a duplicate issue in OnDemand so that I can retain the history, but only work on and resolve a single issue?
