Can't get TestFLO Reports working

Under Issue analysis I select "Test Plan Progress Report".

The next page asks me for a filter with Test Plans, and says the filter must have project criteria.

I've got a filter set up which looks like this : project = "RCM" AND issuetype in ("Test Plan")

So I choose that one. There is a nice example page with a header, like thisimage2016-12-15 11:34:45.png

But instead I get this empty report and I can't figure out why.
