Can't get Teams nor Accounts setup on Tempo

Hi, I had just installed the trial version of Tempo in hopes of trying it out, but I can't seem to get it to work.  Whenever I tried to add an account or team, I get the checkmark that just keeps spinning.  Anyone experiencing this?
