Can't create new quick filter for board with Zephyr enabled -- error 500

Can't create new quick filter for board – error 500 is thrown.
Disabling Zephyr plugin resolves the issue.
Please fix it.

Just to expand on the issue - we are also unable to add swimlanes (in addition to quick filters).
