Can not update JEditor License


I am trying to update the license of JEditor, but when I hit update, after pasting the License Key, it throws below error.

I am getting error "The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down".

I have even tried uninstalling the plugin, but no sucess.

Can anyone help me in this?

Try updating your Universal Plugin Manager to the latest version.

If this doesn't help you can also try to restart JIRA.

Hi Alex,

I updated the UPM, but now JEditor is greyed out, and can't Uninstall or Enable it.

Restarting JIRA and Server fixed the issue. It's all good now. Thanks Alex for your help.
