Our company has JIRA licence for all users. We are looking to purchase a Zephyr licence but it won't be for all users. We only need it for few people. If a Zephyr test cases is related to a JIRA ticket, can the JIRA user still see it as read only even though they have not got an active Zephyr licence?
The number of licenses purchased for Zephyr must match the number of JIRA licenses purchased. This is a limitation set forth by Atlassian. There is no way around this, unfortunately.
