We are using the Notification Assistant for JIRA to send emails when critical customer issues are created. We also add other email addresses that are firstname.lastname@example.org to send via SMS to our phones but those messages are hard to read because it doesn't handle HTML formatting well. Is there a way to create a new email template for these SMS messages that isn't HTML but does include fields from the ticket? How might this be done?
