Can I transition an issue when a custom field's value changes with Automation for JIRA?

I would like to know if it is possible to transition an issue based on a change to a custom field value with Automation for JIRA?

Here's an example rule that achieves this:

Lets go through this one by one:

• We use the 'Field value changed' trigger with our 'My Text Customfield' in this example
• Next we use a compare condition to check if the new value contains 'testvalue'  (this condition isn't really necessary - it can be omitted as well)
• Finally we transition the issue to Done.
