Can Atlassian labs Bitbucket Server Web Post Hooks Plugin be used to notify Jenkins?

Before anything, I am aware that https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.nerdwin15.stash-stash-webhook-jenkins/server/overview does exist.

But I would like to know if the above mention https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/nl.topicus.bitbucket.bitbucket-webhooks/server/overview can be used to trigger Jenkins builds.

I try to specify http://myjenkins-server:8080/bitbucket-hook/

But it does not seem to trigger a build

It works in combination with https://plugins.jenkins.io/generic-webhook-trigger

The Hook URL on bitbuckets side is then http://<JENKINS>/generic-webhook-trigger/invoke?token=FOO

where "FOO" is specified in the job settings in Jenkins.
